INVENTORY MANAGEMENT

Our inventory management features keep an accurate count of your quantities - what's on hand, where it is, and, what is reserved for shipping. Quantities in your warehouse are accurately reflected on your marketplaces. As a result you reduce out of stocks, undersells, mis-picks, and mis-ships.

BIN MANAGEMENT

Assign BIN locations to multiple warehouses and easily sync it to each inventory SKU so you know exactly where your products are in the warehouse. BIN Locations are the best because they allow you to put your products wherever you want without having to worry about manually rearranging the product when you get more in, or being unable to find quantities. When you label your locations (cubbies, tubs, baskets, shelves) with barcode labels, and then scan your products into those locations, you'll never have to pointlessly reallocate your "T-Z" products when you get a new shipment of products in. Put them wherever you have room and we will keep track of the locations for you.

INVENTORY ALERTS

You can set reorder alerts when your inventory reaches certain levels or an expiration date. With e-mail reminders, you wont get caught with your pants down - youll always have what you need on hand and ready to ship. You can set alerts on event actions like complete shipping, incomplete receiving, incomplete shipping, and transaction details with each of your clients and vendors. If something is out of place, youll be the first to know.

DEPLETION AND REPLENISHMENT ALERTS

Our alerts keep you in the loop when it comes to your inventory; helping you prevent problems before they start. With depletion and replenishment alerts you'll be able to replace things before your inventory is gone, and have them ordered exactly when you need them.

ADVANCED REPORTS

Asset summary reports let you know what's currently in your system, with a simple click of the mouse. Daily shipping and receiving with activities of your business are easy to track. If you ever have a recall - and we hope you don't we have the reporting capabilities you need to locate existing product, list vendors and product recipients, and track your product (by expiration date, if necessary). Our lot recall reporting not only meets government requirements, it provides peace of mind.

STOCKING

Our user interface is simple can be used with your iPhone, or iPad. Your pickers simply pick the product barcode and then scan the location barcode, and that's it. They only deviate from that routine if they pick the wrong product / quantity of product for their current batch of orders, in which case they'll get a nice jolt with an error pop-up, accompanied by an obnoxious sound (optional, but effective!).

PICKING

We help your warehouse workers to pick more efficiently and accurately than ever before. Ensure quality picks with built-in error prevention features, efficient pick lists save you steps, time, and money, and avoid pointless product reallocation and searching by utilizing locations.

PICK ROUTES

Customize the routes that you want your pickers to take within your warehouse and let the barcode scanner or the iPhone tell the pickers how to maneuver around the warehouse to get the products they need. We generate efficient pick lists which direct your pickers around your warehouse in order by location.

MARKETPLACES

We use PrintNode for all your printing needs; remote print to any printer over the web. Print product & location barcodes, pick lists, reports, and more. Print from anywhere or any device, to any printer on your PrintNode network. Export your product & location barcodes as a PDF file for your records.

The lifecycle of most products is less than 4 years. That makes it exceedingly difficult to forecast product demand in the short term. With Forecast Compare we use statistical data on similar products to determine the demand forecast and seasonality of another product.

More cycle counts, fewer physical counts; more sales, fewer over & under sells. Less labor hours and misery associated with physical counts, fewer oversells, undersells, and unaccounted for / unlisted inventory, maintain accurate inventory levels. You can create cycle counts by date, location, or customize a report based on your own specific needs.

INVENTORY BIN / LOCATION CONTROL

Create a physical and logical warehouse structure using inventory bins and location controls. For each warehouse location specify the types of items and transactions that are allowed, the picking priority, and the cost of the items.

INVENTORY LOT & SERIAL NUMBERING

Track inventory by lot or serial number. Lot and serial numbers can be assigned or entered manually when you receive, issue, or assemble inventory items. Serial numbers can be linked with item specific valuation methods.

INVENTORY TRANSFERS

Track goods in transit while transferring inventory between locations. Information is kept in a Goods in Transit GL account.

PURCHASE ORDER AUTOMATION

Acumatica generates purchase orders based on inventory stock level and inventory replenishment algorithms. Orders are placed with the vendor that best meets price and delivery time requirements.

PARTIAL AND CONSOLIDATED RECEIPTS AND VOUCHERS

Track when purchase orders are fully or partially received. Consolidate orders from multiple purchase orders into a single receipt. Enter multiple bills for a single receipt.

SALES ORDER DISCOUNTS AND PROMOTIONS

Manage complex pricing and discount policies including volume discounts and multiple discounts per item. Maintain policies for price overrides and create product or service bundles.

WORKFLOW & APPROVALS

Create workflow rules for sales orders and purchase orders. Base rules on the type of order, vendor information, discount amount, order amount, or transaction specific information.

MULTIPLE VALUATION METHODS

Value your inventory using standard cost, moving average, FIFO, and item specific methods. Select a different valuation method for each inventory item. Make direct adjustments to cost and physical inventory count using report and inquiry screens.
