Next you need a person adept at Logic to make sense of the correlations and connections revealed by the Pattern seeker and figure out why the collapse happens. The Logic person is skilled at quickly identifying the causes of the patterns and if said causes actually create problems. Sometimes you can easily fix the problems, sometimes you can't.

The problems that cannot be easily fixed require a Creative approach.
